Michael has been a member of the GYL Decauwer LLP team since 2006 and was elevated to Manager in 2009. He has a diverse background which includes audit and attestation services and corporate, partnership, and individual tax preparation services. He has acquired a strong knowledge in the areas of agri-business and employee benefit plan compliance. As a manager, Michael helps build strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
Born and raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area, Michael moved to California in 2006. He currently resides in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife Lindsey.

Cheryl came to GYL Decauwer LLP in 1996 and has been in public accounting since 1992. Currently a supervisor with the firm, Cheryl is a key member on the GYL Decauwer LLP team keeping the work flowing, meeting the needs of the clients while balancing the time of team members. Her strengths are in accounting and auditing but she truly enjoys and excels at tax preparation for both businesses and individuals.
Resident of Southern California all her life, Cheryl has been married to her husband Dave since 1990 they have two children. Cheryl is very active, loves the outdoors and rarely sits still. Some of her favorite things to do are to spend time at the lake boating or riding sandrails and quads in the desert with her family and friends.
